Poor customer service. An item had multiple spelling mistakes on an ornament (not my fault) and a wrong large letter in the original order (my fault). I requested a replacement for both, paid for the correct letter, sent required photographs as requested. This all took a very long time to sort out and she wouldn’t even reply until I reordered the correct letter.
