JLC & Associates represented us for the purchase of our first home which happened to be an estate sale. The seller's broker elected to not share the broker's fee so we represented ourselves solely with the support of JLC's principal, Jean Chou and her wonderful team. Jean and her staff were highly knowledgable, organized, efficient, and responsive. In addition to seamlessly guiding us through the overall purchase process, they did a masterful job of helping us work through a challenging last-minute issue with the developer as we were closing.
