Have purchased a few properties always using the same conveyancer, on my recent purchase decided to opt with JLA conveyancing, the support staff were amazing however the conveyancer herself Jacki Adams was indeed the biggest waste of money ever! Incompetent at the finest, happy to charge for instructions but not happy to deliver on those. Limited communication to emails only, never met in person, wanted to charge additional fees, may as well had a completely online conveyancer who actually advocated for their client.
