We love JL Waters
This used to be one of my favorite stores in Bloomington since moving here five years ago. I've spent a lot of time here and I'm leaving a complaint unfortunately at this time. My last shopping visit there was met with my daughter and I being profiled by an employee while trying on shades that we ended up buying. I only spent money in the store that day because we really needed to get another pair of shades for summer. I've always been met with great service and felt welcomed in the store. Friendly ,knowledgeable, and helpful. Very professional.
I was in town and needed some new shoes. Stopped in JL Waters and Theo was very helpful even with my particular and at times conflicting desires Ended up picking up a pair or Birkenstocks that feel great. Chatted with Heather about the shop when she rung us out, love seeing awesome locally owned outdoor stores thriving!
