Very bad attorney in my opinion. Never did file what is referred to as an "At Issue Memorandum." I allege she filed the initial disclosures about four years late and now I may be sanctioned. Most likely the recent good reviews are fake. Don't walk away. Run away.
Josefina is a strong and smart attorney. I felt very comfortable and confident with her on my side. She is great at what she does providing excellent service. She was also able to accommodate my needs and helped guide me throughout the process. The value of her knowledge and experience really made a difference for what needed to be presented. I would recommend her services. When I was comparing to the other attorneys, her rates were extremely reasonable and affordable. I am glad I had her in my corner.
Avoid at all cost. I just asked for the remaining of my $5000. to be returned. They have been lying to me for months. They told me 2 months ago they filed the paperwork to finish my child custody case. When I called the court today I confirmed no papers have been filed. I tried to finish the case myself but due to them not catching an error in the proof of service they helped me with, my papers were denied. All of these horrible reviews makes me not want to use this so called attorney. Makes me think that someone should be disbarred, especially if it takes over 4 years for a divorce…
