I filed my taxes last year haven’t heard a word it’s a whole new year but come to find out they have been in some type of fraudulent business u can find it on Maryland block tax preparers Marylandtaxes.gov and go to Prince George’s county you’ll find them listed
Good luck reaching them. No one answers the phone and voicemail full. What kind of business runs this way? They definitely won't be getting my business.
Really disappointed I used this tax service. I sent my W-2s and they said it would take a few weeks due to delays, which I’m fine with. Well, 2 months later they finally reach out to me, after the deadline. I paid $200 and the person on the phone said I owed and I asked for them to send me confirmation that they filed, still nothing. I even sent an email asking for this, so I also know how much I owe in taxes. I can’t reach them by phone. Really unprofessional.
I've been going to this tax preparation service for a couple years and I appreciate their expertise. They're really busy most times but have patience, and they'll take care of you.
