Excellent service! The tax preparation process was seamless from start to finish. Shamica was incredibly informative, taking time to explain deductions and credits I wasn't aware of. What I expected to be complicated was completed quickly and efficiently. Plus, we got a great refund! Professional, knowledgeable, and made tax season stress-free. Highly recommend and will definitely be back next year!
For the last 2yrs I have filed with Ms.Shamica. An I have always filed with Jackson Hewitt cause I just didn't trust the process of people from home doing them. But I have not had any issues. And absolutely answers any questions or concerns I have along the way. Very Good communication look forward to next year. You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! Very respectful & professional
