From the moment I spoke to Kelly on the phone, I was sold! Truly a family business that treats you like family! I cannot say enough positive accolades for the professional, kind, and personable service I received from Madison and Joey! I had maintenance, repair, and insulation blown in! They answered every question I had and explained everything! They were superb, and even came back when I had another question after they had left. Highly recommend with no reservations!
I just had this company do a job for me and they always put on the report job not guaranteed, meaning they will do the job but it won't work and then when you ask them to come back they still don't fix it and you're out the money that you invested to fix a problem and you have to call another company, so don't use this company that would be my advice.. they're basically saying the work wasn't guaranteed so sorry can't do nothing about it UPDATE I had another company come do the exact work for half the price and they solved m... read more
JL Midas is an extremely professional and knowledgeable company!! The installation of a new A/C unit for my 125 year old historic home was flawless, due to their hard work, diligence and expertise!! Madison and Jordan are a breath of fresh air for their integrity just like my new A/C!!
Updated to add a written review: We are extremely happy with the services provided by JL Midas AC & Air Ducts. Madison and Jordan first came to install blow-in insulation above the garage. They did an excellent job. Arrived on time, they took before and after photos of the attic, since I could not get in the attic to see their work.
