Placed an order for an item that was listed in stock. A full week later I sent them an email as they had still not shipped the item. 3 days later they responded that their website was incorrect and that they do not have the item at all. No ETA could be provided. 2 weeks later and they still could.not provide a shipping date so I canceled the order. You may want to confirm stock before ordering...
Customer service are not very good! Right after buying some shrimp worth $40 , I ask this cashier guy if I can still look around, he reply ” yeah but do not steal “ straight to my face . Is this normal? If it’s a joke it’s not very funny.
Called to inquire about a fish they had in stock - someone picked up and said “stop calling” before hanging up on me. Left me with a really bad taste in my mouth. Why provide a number then? If they were busy, there were many more options to answer a phone and communicate that. We were wondering if we should deal with traffic to make it out to the store, and absolutely will avoid going there in the future.
They monopolize the salt tank hobby, and have a good selection but severely lack in customer service. Especially with the younger staff.
