Very knowledgeable, care about the customers an the fish you buy.. they aren't here to just sell you whatever.. they make sure there fish are healthy an advise there care and size.. ship to your door and are all super friendly
I was looking for a new pump for my aquarium and found exactly what I wanted on the J&L Aquatics website. I emailed them on a Saturday, figuring I’d probably have to wait until Monday for a response, but they (John) replied within the hour! He confirmed they had the pump and said they’d put it at the front counter for me.
