I was a 20 year customer and finally had to take my business elsewhere due to the abysmal level of customer service and high-turnover of their staff. New primary accountant is rude and disorganized, and they "misplaced" the information I sent them for last years taxes..which is fascinating since I was able to resend them the actual email.
