My father is a disabled senior in a wheelchair and has been forgotten about on more than one occasion. He had to wait over an hour after an appointment before someone else was sent to pick him up and bring him home. He’s also been left waiting outside at home and missed appointments bc of the lack of communication and poor scheduling. Sometimes the person that drops him off at an appointment isn’t the same person that picks him up and this leads to confusion. Get it together JK Sunshine. DO BETTER!

JK and his crew are A+ !!! We needed medical transport for my Mom after she broke her hip. JK Sunshine provided wheelchair access services for us and we found them very reliable. We had requested our driver Richard again as he was great with Mom and made her feel safe and secure. Richard was very helpful wheeling her out of the house as well as helping me bring her in the medical building itself. We have used them 3 times, and will definitely use them again if the need occurs. I definitely recommend JK Sunshine and his crew.

We recently used JK Sunshine for transport service to UMass Memorial in Worcester. The driver (David) was great. He was very helpful, punctual and courteous. We highly recommend their service and will be using them again in the future!

I first met Joe after being brought home from the hospital in an ambulance and placed into a hospital bed in my house. I had many doctors appointments to go to but I couldn't and still can't walk safely. I found a wheelchair for sale online and contacted my insurance and the branch that helped me locally and nobody had any advice so I called around and finally got in touch with Joe's receptionist, Saima. This was my first time using a wheelchair van service. Being a first time user, I was very nervous. Our driver Rick, was prompt, friendly and courteous and explained how the lift worked, which put my mind at ease. My trip to my doctors appointment in Boston and back home was flawless. I’ m looking forward to using JK Sunshine Transportation for future doctors appointments. I would highly recommend JK Sunshine Transportation to anyone who’s wheelchair bound and needs to get to appointments.
