Anita went over board to help solve my problem, when she could have easily given me a toll free number and let me do all the work I had some problems with blinds we had bought from one of the Companies J&K had acquired. Anita told me what she needed, made all the phone calls and the parts I need are in the mail. Such a pleasure to have service after a sale they weren’t even part of. Highly recommend using them going forward
