We purchased a recliner sofa in early 2025. Delivery and setup went perfectly. After a few months, the leather on a portion of the sofa developed some tiny spots where the color was coming off. J&K customer service immediately sent out a person to look at it. After determining that some of the leather needed replacement, they took care of it. Fantastic customer service! We will buy from them again when we need furniture.

With help and assistance from Elizabeth, I was able to find the perfect furniture for my master bedroom. When I arrived at the store, Elizabeth was very attentive and listened to my needs/wants/likes and dislikes. She offered advice and suggestions, was very professional, offered design ideas, and gave me time to look and think on my own.
