I hate this world were when you are in a positions where you desperately need help and show a ounce a weakness there is a wolf waiting to take advantage of the situation. Jk is that accountant. Charging extra(double) the original agreed price to reorganise my books to their liking to en the end not actually do anything about it and just copy paste the details i gace them. Communication? Zero stars if possible. I am extremely disappointed with the accounting service I received. The lack of commitment and attention to detail was appalling. Throughout my engagement with them, I experienced numerous instances of poor communication, missed deadlines, and a general sense of neglect. It became clear that they were not prioritizing my business needs, leading to significant stress and inconvenience.
