Hi everyone, I'm Manager from one of the good Companies from Chicago. I book a load with Josh Pry and when i was booking it he told me we can del next day if we want, after that i ask one more time can we del next day he said yes. Then he sent the RC with del 2 days from the day when it was picking up and put FCFS on it. Driver pick up the load early in the morning and drive to make next day del 6am so we can get next load. Disrespectul agents. It doesn't worth the time.
Great company to work with. They have high standards, which I appreciate because expectations are clearly set from the start. They do enforce tracking requirements, and deductions can occur if those aren’t followed—so communication and proper tracking are essential when taking a load. It’s part of the customer service they provide to their clients. The accountability through tracking allows for live updates, which is very popular and expected in today’s world.
