I have tried to cancel our waste service for 2 weeks. Each time I either don’t get a response or I get a manipulative email to keep me in their system. Worst customer service and waste service ever! Avoid at all costs! James Lightfoot the area manager is impossible to deal with and incredibly dodgy.

They purchased a rubbish collection company we used to deal with and when the sales rep came to to visit, we asked for the service to be cancelled as we were moving - instead he sent us a contact to sign up with them, which we did not sign. I don't like to give bad reviews and like to give the organisation the chance to fix their issues, however after again asking to cancel and having now emailed 9 times to cancel, I continue receiving threatening emails despite several people claiming they have fixed the problem and arrange... read more
