Attempted to cancel my contract with this company, it literally took 4 months and many calls. Very expensive service with terrible customer service, accounts manager NEVER returns calls
Poor communication skills from the Gladstone depot.
The drivers are very courteous. Always make an effort to give my 3 boys a wave when emptying our bins. Good job!
Do yourself a favour and give Veolia a ring. As jj richards is over priced and has terrible time management. And the manger at the gladstone yard has no people skills and likes to dictate terms and tries to intimidate people
