Poor communication skills from the Gladstone depot.
The drivers are very courteous. Always make an effort to give my 3 boys a wave when emptying our bins. Good job!
Do yourself a favour and give Veolia a ring. As jj richards is over priced and has terrible time management. And the manger at the gladstone yard has no people skills and likes to dictate terms and tries to intimidate people
