Great experience with Doug.
They list their hours of operation as Mon-Fri 8:30 - 4:30. I traveled from Stony Plain to their office, arriving at 4:00 pm only to find out they were closed... I left a voicemail and they returned my call, no apologies offered. Instead, they suggested that I should have called first????? I would suggest you may want to use a law office that will take some accountability for their mistakes.
I recently needed a document notarized. I called and spoke with Jill. She was the sweetest person to talk to, so helpful and accommodating. I appreciated her amazing customer service. Thank you Jill 🙂
