Impressive company! Excellent product and first class customer service. I messed up my first order of a replacement window pane. I emailed them trying to understand what I did wrong. Someone called me and walked me through the online ordering process to make sure I got it right and answered my questions, then custom made it and it was at my home in 2 days. IN AUGUST 2017,WE CONTACTED JJJ AND SPOKE WITH SCOTT REGARDING A OCTAGON WINDOW WE NEEDED FOR OUR ADDITION.WE PICKED OUT THE DESIGN WE WANTED,BUT SCOTT SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO MAKE IT . WE SAID OK.
