Came by at 6:25. 35 minute’s before closing. Lights were on, but the store was locked up. The sign on the door and website both say the store closes at 7:00 (even though the other mall stores are open until 9:00). Can’t even be open their scheduled, short, hours.
I went to City Creek on a mission to find a business casual outfit for a presentation I had to give the next day. After being brushed off and ignored at many stores (due to, I assume looking young and like I likely wouldn’t buy anything), it was such a breath of fresh air to walk into J.Jill and be helped by the wonderful Lisa. I love J Jill!!!! It’s the only place I buy clothing that I know will fit well, look great and last for years!!!! I’ve been a fan for twenty years, and plan on continuing the tradition!!!!
I have always loved J.jill until my experience this past month. I ordered $150.00 worth of clothes on line, shipping said 4-7 business days. I kept checking the progress of my order and it kept becoming lost, I called and I was told it was Fed-exes tracking program and everything was ok. The tracking system finally worked again and hooray my clothes were in Salt Lake...everyday the delivery date changed then the tracking system stopped working AGAIN.
