We had a great experience with JJ Rental when we booked 10 vans. All vehicles were in excellent condition—new, clean, and very comfortable. The service was also outstanding. Mr. John was extremely kind and personally picked us up and drove us to the airport. We were very pleased and will definitely rent with them again next year. Highly recommended!

I rented six 15-passenger vans for running a conference from May 29th to June 1st. Whenever I called Mike to book vans, he was easy to work with. Everything seemed okay until people picked up the van. When one of the drivers arrived at the van rental office, no one was there. When he called, they said they didn’t have a working van. He had to wait over an hour for them to bring a new van while waiting outside in the Houston heat.
