I paid for a transfer from the Galveston Cruise Port to Houston Airport. The driver circled the terminal three times before letting the passengers off causing me to miss my flight. At the very least, an explanation was in order to let us know why she delayed our departure from the bus. Not a good image for this bus company.
Great company reliable service , friendly drivers recommend, will use again. Attentive to customer needs.
