Their rubbish bin drivers harass and threaten residents for simply entering or leaving their own driveways during peak times. Completely unprofessional and intimidating behaviour.

Zero stars if that were possible. They keep sending invoices for services that were already canceled. Even months after cancellation, the invoices keep coming. When you contact them to explain that the service was canceled and you’ve already overpaid, they pressure you to pay again and respond with vague excuses about “discharge” that make no sense at all.
