Shocking company , leave stinking bins on the street for weeks because the customer hasn't paid the bill , don't care about neighbors at all

Abseloute rubbish, lazy 4uckers can't get out the truck nomore to move a couple bins, rather just leave and say couldn't collect. Anyone recommend another company to pick up my bins?
No one at reception , ring the bell called the phone I can hear people talking and laughing but no one care about customer, JJ become big company but for the manager there’s different between big company and great company
