TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Multiple complaints about picking up in residential zones before 6.30am. Earliest pick up is before 4am! Video and CCTV footage recording your drivers attending to pick up bins and dragging chains and dropping bins waking up residents each week. Have spoken to managers who “assured that they would speak to drivers and it won’t happen again” yet continues to happen. JJ Richards have been picking up our waste oil from our mechanical workshop for the past three years. Always great service, and David, the driver today was exceptional.
Outrage & Violence against a women driver!!!! That's what I just witnessed the Colmslie Mcdonalds carpark from a male JJ Richards truck driver. Truck number 0935 Rego 947 LTF He sped up to try to hit the car, at the same time as yelling out the window and shaking his fist in anger. He was extremely angry and dangerous! Shouldn't be allowed out in public, let alone driving a big truck. This is not acceptable JJ Richards. If not reply on here, this signals your acceptance of this type of behaviour.
