Wish I could rate 0 stars. Waste truck driver is revengeful, torturous and a horrible worker. Any car parked on the road gets surrounded by bins no matter where they are parked, truck driver just wants the road to have no cars… The things he has done with the bins is dangerous and rude, ruining every bin day for people probably already having a bad week. He’s been reported and not stopped. Here’s the photos, and it’s just on one day, this happens every week.😒

I would like to congratulate JJ Richards for having the foresight to employ my 'Environmental Services Engineer' (Garbo), David (Dave) Munoz some 15 years ago. We live in a small court with only 6 houses. 3 houses are rented to multiple tennants with lots of cars. Every week I watch Dave do '12 point turns' to get in and around the court, and keep his cool when those cars park out wide from the kerb so the truck can't even get through. These guys are fantastic and the customer service from Mandy & Amy at the office is 5 stars!! Nothing is ever an issue and so friendly. Cliff our rep as been great and helping us sort out what we actually need. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

Want to applaud one of your staff. He was empting bulk bin of the Aegean building in Surfers. As the truck picked up the bin a beer bottle fell on the footpath and shattered.. He got out and picked it all up...🙌 thanks for taking the extra effort!👏👏👏
