Woken up at 5am on Saturday and Sunday morning with industrial Bins getting empty in Broadbeach and Coolangatta. When all week JJ Richards doesn't come until midday. Shouldn't be aloud to make that much noise with the bins smashing up against the forks. Pissing me right off.
Charge extra money at the end of contract to pick up their own bin and put extra charges on for overweight bin when the materials for the bin and weight have been the same for 2 years. Few times have emptied other companies bins and have charged my account. Choose a different company that dont have underlying chargers. Hows that for passion!!
Wish I could rate 0 stars. Waste truck driver is revengeful, torturous and a horrible worker. Any car parked on the road gets surrounded by bins no matter where they are parked, truck driver just wants the road to have no cars… The things he has done with the bins is dangerous and rude, ruining every bin day for people probably already having a bad week. He’s been reported and not stopped. Here’s the photos, and it’s just on one day, this happens every week.😒
I would like to congratulate JJ Richards for having the foresight to employ my 'Environmental Services Engineer' (Garbo), David (Dave) Munoz some 15 years ago. We live in a small court with only 6 houses. 3 houses are rented to multiple tennants with lots of cars. Every week I watch Dave do '12 point turns' to get in and around the court, and keep his cool when those cars park out wide from the kerb so the truck can't even get through.
