I recently had a very disappointing experience at this repair shop. I left my kids’ tablets there to get the charging ports fixed. The lady at the shop clearly told me the total cost would be $70, and I agreed before leaving the tablets for repair. She also said they would call me by Saturday morning when the repair was finished, but I never received a call. Because I’m travelling soon and needed the tablets, I went to the shop to pick them up. I went here for a new glass screen protector, and the technician happened to notice that my 'off button' on the side of my phone was broken. I explained to him that its been stuck like that for months and I was quoted $300 to fix it. He told me that was crap and fixed it for me for free! It did start to get stuck again the next day but I completely acknowledge that the button is likely beyond the point of permanent repair (just temporary)
Joe and his team did an amazing job with our old family caravan and brought it back to life! The attention to detail and thoughtfulness was so much appreciated and the quality of the work was excellent. Can't wait to relive old family holidays with the Grandies. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS! Took my younger brothers iphone in as it stopped working and was told they could fix it as it may of been a motherboard problem and that they have a “technician” who can fix it, a week later I get called to pick it up, then another week passes, and it stops working again… I go to the store and the guy working in the morning questioned me and was very rude saying “You got the wrong store mate, I don’t remember doing this phone. I took my phone in for a battery replacement, and Judy was quick to charge me $140 to fit a new one. When I picked up my phone, she casually informed me that she had damaged the screen during the process. She admitted that she should have warned me that this could happen but simply forgot. Had I known there was any risk of screen damage, I never would’ve gone ahead with the replacement.
