As a loyal JJ Repairs customer I am bitterly disappointed. After trusting these guys with multiple screen repairs in the past, I returned 6 months ago for a front & Rear screen replacement on my Samsung S20. All was going good till about a week ago when I started experiencing charging issues with the phone stating it was getting too hot during charging. My otterbox phone cover has an extra wide lip and standard screen protectors haven’t fit properly in the past. The 3 previous shops I visited did not pre-warn me that cramming and bubbling would happen which was extremely frustrating and a waste of both my time and money. The lady at this shop pointed it out straight away (before I did) and made a modification so that their screen protector would fit my cover!
