I took my phone in for a battery replacement, and Judy was quick to charge me $140 to fit a new one. When I picked up my phone, she casually informed me that she had damaged the screen during the process. She admitted that she should have warned me that this could happen but simply forgot. Had I known there was any risk of screen damage, I never would’ve gone ahead with the replacement. Got my phone fixed today super cheap quick turn around only an hour wait the lady is the best super kind and found my new place to get my phone fixed now.
