Bought a truck with no announcement, it has a pronounced engine knock. After not getting any resolution locally we reached out to Corporate but were told there is no one to talk to, only email. Have sent 2 emails with no response. This lack of communication/response is unacceptable in today's business climate.
I thought u can trust their inspection reports as they mentioned even paint damage but major problems like a total broken forklift mast they hide even from the pictures auction 11/27/2024 its a scam
Watch out for these people. They sell online and list vehicles on their auctions but if you aren't careful you may buy something across the country. Make sure you pay attention because they have no heart and will tale advantage of new auction hunters.
Title department is a disaster. we have to wait more than 45 days for titles.
