I will never use jj kane again, today I really got to see that they need to be shut down, my mistake was, I did not read the reviews, thinking that if duke power used them then they are alright, trust the reviews, they are dead on, the worst coustemer service ever. No professional experience at all. ThThey need to fire all of them except for the nice professional lady that works in the office, don't know her name but she is keeping them afloat, thanks, and beware.
