I wanted to wait 6 months for my review. We bought a F150 2013 for our son. The process was perfect. We are locals so we did go look at the truck before bidding. Bidding was stressful but we WON. My son loves his truck and we were really pleased with the process. A+1 for experience.

Very disappointing experience with this auction company. Before bidding, I called and specifically asked about the vehicle condition because I was buying from out of state. I was told the car “runs and drives” and was drivable. Based on that representation, I placed my bid and purchased the vehicle. After purchase, I paid about $1,200 to have the car transported from Florida to Massachusetts. When the vehicle arrived, I found multiple serious issues that were not properly disclosed. This place used to be Tampa Machinery Auction , they had a psycho owner and horrible sales person. We wanted to sell couple of our family cars with the new ownership , we went there to talk to the new management about the terms and guess what , they still have same sales person from the old management. We won’t discuss with this mean guy anything, we just sent our cars to a nearby public auction . The new owners should start fresh with a new team.
