Better off buying directly from the vendor’s website for half the price. I’ve bought plenty of hats here, but stopped in today just to ask about cleaning and got pretty bad vibes/service because I wasn’t buying anything. Mind you, I literally spent $288 on a cap here last week.
Went to get my hat stretched. They have not offered that service in 2 years. They do not have a hat maker at there location

I was feeling a little nostalgic because this was a favorite shopping destination for me and my uncle when he was alive. I ended up purchasing my first Borsalino and although pricey, it was worth it due to the service and friendly environment that I encountered. I purchased one of the packable felt hats and it will most definitely become my travel fedora! Kudos to everyone there!!
