This is the place in the city where I got my favorite hats from. Great quality and good customer service.
This was once the best hat store in New York City and probably one of the great hat stores in the world, filled with a staff that was passionate about hats and fashion and customer service. I knew something had changed when I brought in a fedora to get it brushed up and have the blocking adjusted. The equipment to do so is still there, but no one knows how to use it and, more importantly, they don't care. Pros: Nice hats Cons: Limited stock and sizes. New management They only let you take 1 feather with hat purchase. Not the store it used to be. Dropping to a 1 star. Place sucks now
I went in last year for a hat.... Place has changed. They don't want hat people in their store. They want people in weddings and first time buyers. The owners responses to other negative reviews shows their true colors. They do not respect their customers, rather they expect their customers to respect them.
