Don’t buy from them online either. I made a purchase I needed to return but they don’t respond. Seems like they are going bankrupt and just scamming everyone til their gone.
Great selection and the friendliest people in all of NYC
This place went dowwwwwnnn. I used to shop back in the day, but since they sold, I went twice and there was nothing. Just excuses and attitude. They aren’t really JJ hatters anymore, they bought the name or something.. Back before 2023 it was a legendary place with a pro crew. No more. Is JJ's permanently closed? No message on the phone number and no response to their What's app. Does anyone care?
Beware, these are not the old owners any longer, they got sold to a German investment firm in Sept 2023 & they fired all their workers, JJs used to be great w the old owner, all those good five star reviews are from them, they’re old. Now, they don’t even steam hats anymore.they unplugged the steamer, it’s gone
