This is the first store in NY where I felt truly uncomfortable. The atmosphere came across as obnoxious and stuck-up to me. Such a shame, because the hats really are beautiful!
A fantastic hat store with a wonderful collection of hats for men, from flatcaps and newsboy caps to straw hats and fedoras. The employees were very courteous and helpful, actively helping me find a hat to suit my needs and my large head. Everything is great quality.

I had a great 21st century shopping experience. Found exactly the Mayser hat I wanted in XL size on the JJ website, and got it delivered in a few days for $40 less than I'd have had to spend ordering the hat from Germany (the only other place I could find it online). Plus got plenty of shipping updates, and easy return option with in-box form.
