A must stop in NYC if you love hats! Great staff - friendly and helpful. Super assortment of hats in every color. Try a Borsalino and fall in love with wearing a hat.
This was a wonderful experience, l bought this pair of gloves for my bike. Priyanka was very knowledgeable and her staff were excellent help as well. Definitely going back for more hats and other accessories.
As a hat collector and enthusiast, I planned a visit to this storied store while visiting from the west coast. Showed up on a Sunday when the posted hours said it would be open. Like another reviewer mentioned, it wasn't. Came back the next day and all the staff were busy, so I browsed while I waited. 20+ minutes later... not so much as a glance, a nod, raised eyebrows from anyone just to acknowledge my existence. Good selection incredible over marked up. A hat on the Stetson website that was $75 cheaper. A women told me Stetson sets the prices which is false. I used to own a clothing store and looked at carrying Stetson.
