For a company that is on the CFDA Official website I am stunned at the lack of professionalism. Joan had promised me that because I was moving so much from covid she would promise to send me photos of the work I have paid her to do and when she had emailed me she finished and I asked for the photos of the sample she refused. Great attention to detail. Joan and team did a super job. Just make sure you speak up she can't read your mind.
Called about getting patterns made. The woman who answered the phone seemed very unknowledgeable and unprofessional about this area of service. I would not send my designs nor my money to this company. Sounds like amatuer hour at its finest. Find somewhere else.
