Great service, great pricing, just poor communication. He’s kind of a one man band though, so it is understandable, just worth knowing going into it. Overall, I would use JJ Automotive again.
JJ is the best! I really trust this guy. I brought my vehicle in because it was leaking and there was an odd rattling noise when it idled. He cleaned up the mess left by Jiffy Lube then reattached a fuel line mount and had it all ready by the time I got home from dropping it off! Excellent! I also love that he sends a report via text that I can print off for my records and makes it super easy to understand what’s OK and what need work.
