TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I purchased a Groupon voucher for this company and have been calling this lady for ONE WEEK STRAIGHT, going on two now to set at least ONE appointment. THIS IS CRAZY!!! She always answers and tells me she’s driving and would have to call me back. WTF? I spent basically $300 on two packages and I’m highly upset that she hasn’t taken that into consideration.
