I have had physical therapy two different times for two different knees. This staff is extremely polite, knowledgeable, caring, and understanding! They don't push anyone too soon, they are very encouraging, EVERY DAY they are encouraging. Whether it's Mike, Sophia, Alyssa, Jen, or Nick...and Toni the customer service, they are all professional yet fun and most definitely know their jobs! JIS Physical Therapy in St. Clairsville is wonderful. All are friendly and make you feel comfortable and confident. I had a setback and their concern was beyond anything I expected. They have helped me get back to being me. I mainly had Mike Bigelow and he’s phenomenal but the others were awesome too. My experience was better than I could have imagined. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for everything.
JIS PT is a wonderful place to have rehab. Mike, Sophia, Penny and Jenn were wonderful to work with on my exercises. They treated me with respect and fun. It was nice to be able to feel comfortable with them. I didn’t see Nick for PT and he was great to his patients. The space is clean, open, very up to date and welcoming. JIS physical therapy is the bast place I have every when for therapy after total knee surgery. They was all nice and answered any questions that you had. Thank you to all the people that works there.i love coming there for therapy
