Jins is a scam. Zero stars. I go to the store and order a pair of sunglasses. They don't have the frame or lenses or something so it has to be created at some warehouse. They said it was a 3-4 week wait. Week 5. I call and they said it was processing still and they would call me back when they have an update. Of course they never call back. Week 7. I call again. They don't answer the phone... it's a 20% chance they will pick up. Finally someone answers. Puts me on hold. Forgot about me because I waited 17 minutes on the phon... read more
Jose did an amazing job helping me pick the lenses and adjusting them to my size. He was so helpful and very sweet
Glasses broke in less than a year, they said it was “damaged” never buying anything from here again. Also took forever to get them delivered.
