This is the first time I’ve ever written a negative review, but my experience here has been extremely frustrating. I placed an order for my son and was told shipping would take 3–4 weeks. It has now been over 6 weeks with no update. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I wish I could say I enjoyed the experience ordering glasses here. I really wanted to like the glasses, except the customer service is absolutely horrible. I live out of state so I expected the glasses to be shipped to me. I don't know when they arrived because I never got the shipping notice I was promised. Sometimes you get what you paid for….usually applies to merchandise. But Jins’ products, frames and lenses are fine. What’s lacking is the customer service. Was told my glasses had to be sent out and can take 3-4 weeks, fine. 5-6 weeks rolls by and still no update. Call the store, they say due to tariffs order has been delayed. Fine. Call week 7, tells me glasses should be here in two days. No call or text. Call a week later, they tell me glasses are ready. Their policy treats customers badly. First of all only purchases has line number shown on the board, not for services. See screenshots for this. Purchase number starts with A, and service number starts with F. Secondly, you can use apply pay to purchase, but not the same apply pay to get returns. I also have saved my receipt. Very unreasonable. I would avoid Jins in the future.
