Absolutely BRUTAL customer service. I have heard from MANY people i work with at the mine that they know if youre local and wont give any effort into their customer service if they feel youre not from town. The one gentleman is grumpy, doesnt crack a smile. Doesn't even say hi. Or have a good day. No business being in customer service if you cant even Crack a smile..ill buy all of my supplies from now on in TB before I come out to camp from now on.. and I know a bunch of other people that are doing the same.
