A BAD company. I’m not even sure how my call got forwarded to them. I was calling McAfee. A guy named Brnson Johnson (not sure if spelling) phone number 833-357-0708 (he gave me that number) told me McAfee was going to charge me $500+ because I had a special 3 year deal and it was on auto pay so if I cancelled it, I would be billed $500+??!! However, he said that if I purchased a plan for $180 that was a manual pay, then I could avoid the$500+ charge and get a year service which I could then cancel in 2025. He was asking fo... read more
Scam company misrepresenting themselves as McAfee, charging triple the amount of the product. Unable to cancel your subscription as phone service keeps you on hold and then drops you after ten minutes. Very bad actors.
