Starting mid-2024, I experienced severe insomnia, waking 30-50 times nightly. My sleep quality was abysmal, leading to extreme irritability. I feel so grateful to have Dr. Zou do the accupunction to me! One of my best friends introduced Dr. Zou to me a month after I gave birth to my second child.
