Jess was a wonderful masseuse but half way through what was supposed to be a relaxing massage bought for me as a Christmas gift, the owner/manager very loudly gave a new employee a tour of the place. I could hear him showing the other guy around and telling him all about the laundry etc..Then the air-conditioning unit kicked in and made so much noise it sounded like a lawnmower. Such a shame as it wasn't relaxing at all.
