I visited Toni in September 2021 and had 3 hypnotherapy sessions to quit smoking. At first I was a little sceptical and wasn't sure if it would be successful, as i had been a smoker for over 40 years, started when i was young, back in high school. I had recently suffered injury from a motor accident where I came off my motorbike. I had benefited from previous sessions in the past. There were issues needing to be addressed as part of my recovery.
