Unfortunately, we are not happy living in this apartment. For almost two years, workers have been making a lot of noise every day from around 6 AM to 3 PM using lawn mowers and other equipment. This is not a one- or two-day issue; it has been going on for a long time. Because of the noise, we cannot get proper sleep or rest. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and does something to reduce the noise and respect the residents’ peace and quiet.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable maintenance response. We reported an emergency roof leak twice, once in the morning and again in the afternoon. It has now been a full day, nobody has come, and the leak is getting worse. An active roof leak should be treated as an emergency, not ignored after two separate maintenance requests. I've been a resident here for the last couple of years. Over the last couple of years things have progressively gotten worse. Parents don't want their children and let them run rampant. There are a group of children that bully other children in the complex. There are always young boys fighting and shooting at each other. The young girls are very rude to adults and try to intimidate the other children. The girls often yell racial slurs and try to intimidate adults as well as defy authority. PLEASE Read Before You Sign a Lease Here — Worst Place I’ve Ever Lived. Not Safe, Poor Management, Constant Problems, and Absolutely Not Worth the Rent. I wouldn’t recommend living here even if your life depended on it. Honestly, you might even lose it living here. The crime is terrible. I live in - England Run North and I am having the worst experience. My AC has been broken for over a MONTH now in 90-110 degree weather. This is an emergency situation, especially with small children at home. Every single day I go to the leasing office and they say "we are coming today" but they never show up.
