Nice clean shop with bicycles and accessories and repairs n tune ups.
Our e-bike was damaged and we were worried we would not be able to use it for the 4th of July weekend , Jim told us to bring it in and he as able to get it back in great shape by the next day! We are so thankful for his kindness and skills!! Charlotte is lucky to have such a great shop!
I typically seek out little hole in the wall shops like these for bike repairs and accessories vs name brand chain stores, but was disappointed when I asked to have some wheels re centered and trued to basically get lost. Said he couldnt see the issue but didn't even bother putting it in a truing stand. I'm sure this shop is good for a simple flat repair or something but anything more advanced I don't get the impression is serviced here.
If you need a pump for your bike go to Jims, the pumps at Meijer or Walmart dont work
