great service I was looking for advice, not to make a purchase, and they still went out of their way to help me. would absolutely call them next time i need a tool repaired or if i needed parts
Great Service Jims tools is located in the industrial area of Eugene, near Sheppard Motors. Jims tools has great service and is always quick to get my items done. The staff is very nice too and I continue to back time and time again!
Very impressed with the friendly service and competency I had the opportunity of turning over a lemon of a pressure washer that I purchased at a "tool sale". Should have known better. Jim's worked with the manufacturer to eventually solve my problem and did it with a smile. Thanks guys.
No Thank You I dropped a saw off for simple repair. I was told that it would be completed within 1.5 weeks. After not hearing from them in 4 weeks I decided to drop in and see if my tool was finished. After a short search my tool was found and was not complete. It was in a disassembled state and I was told that parts had not been ordered. They told me that they would order the next day and parts should arrive from nearby metro area within a day or two.. I asked them to call me the next morning to confirm and told them I'd go... read more
