Interesting experience. Prep went well, replacements shipped very quickly. Clothing quality so-so. If this is really Michael Kors then that label slipping badly. Great for event where group spread out. Will use again when occasion arrives. This explains why brick & mortar struggles

Jim's Formal Wear came to our rescue after a disastrous attempt at renting suits from a local shop for our June 2026 wedding. When the store we originally chose price-gouged our groomsmen, misled us/them about the available selections, took deposits and then informed us less than two weeks before our wedding that they wouldn't be able to procure one of the suits we rented, I called Jim's customer service line for help and they delivered! Had to have items shipped 3 different times in order to get the correct sizes. Recieved only one set of cuff links (needed 3 sets) and a single cuff link (with no pair)! Very frustrated. Also wanted to charge me extra shipping the second time when wrong sizes(smaller item was sent when we needed a larger item) were sent to us the third time!!!
