Jim thoroughly inspected our new-to-us Tiguan, patiently explained his findings, and did an excellent job addressing the issues he found. When there was a minor follow up issue after his service, he stood behind his work and made it right, no questions asked. He's a man of integrity, for sure. We'll be back for future maintenance and service on our Tiguan, and any future VWs we ever own.
Jim replaced my stripped oil plug that was screwed up elsewhere. 2 other mechanics couldn't work around it. Jim replaced it instead of having to change the whole oil pan. Thanks a lot!
