I brought my bike in for repair. It was repaired under the initial estimated repair cost and was completed in less time than expected considering how busy they are. 5 stars.
Bought my bike from Jim's; the prices were great and Mike was fantastic and took his time answering all my questions.
I’m currently on a tour across the country and I punctured my tire early this morning. With little experience with repairs, I felt quite flustered and frustrated, especially considering my tires were tubeless (or at least I thought they were). Brought my Ebike in specifically for a new chain. When Mike finally called me back to pick it up, 2 WEEKS after I dropped it off (I ride every day so without it meant I was now walking from one end of town to the other) He charged $50, and gave me a bag with broken chain now off, derailer now off, and a brake line now off… he apologized and said it’s basically useless with all the things wrong with it.
