J'étais en voyage et j'ai eu un pépin avec mon vélo et mon support. Jim et Kevin m'ont aidé en urgence et réglé mon problème avec efficacité et courtoisie comme si j'étais un client régulier. Ce qui est déplorable pour moi c'est que Montréal - Moncton pour venir faire réparer mon vélo, c'est trop loin ;-) mais j'aurais aucune hésitation à continuer avec eux si je résidais dans le coin. Je les recommande sans hésitation.
