Nice people to work with, understanding of the issue and how to resolve it. Not very timely with updates on status of repair, but the job was done right and our Yukon is shifting great again.

We have been using Jim’s auto for 30 years. He does good work and it is always done right. Unfortunately, the last few years it seems to take forever to get your car repaired. Last repair on my Wrangler should have only taken a day or two. He had my Jeep for 2 and a half weeks! Speed and customer service are not good here, anymore.
