I called Jimmy's taxi at the last minute I need of a cab immediately. Dispatcher which I later found out was the owner told me " I got you ". Drove us to the hospital in Manhattan. Also stayed and waited till I was finished with my appointment. The driver was very professional, and was able to navigate the city.
