Today was my wife and I first time coming to Jimmy's Famous Seafood restaurant. We must say everything was great. The customer service, the atmosphere, the staff and most of all the food. First, let's start with our waiter, Cayden. What a wonderful young man, who took very good care of all our needs. Cayden was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and offer good choices of items on the menu. Very awesome
Been there twice withing not even a year for a family gathering aftter 2 separate funerals. The first one back in July 2025 we were able to take leftovers with no issues. This time we had another luncheon after another funeral today we were only allowed 2 take out boxes for the 2 guest that couldn't attend. Spoke to 2 different mangers who were not very nice at all . Apparently you can not take home food from a restaurant if it's catering now . We will not be going back to Jimmys any time soon . We spent a lot of money there... read more
I always go to Jimmy's and it's always been good but on Thursday may 29th I experienced some of the worst customer service there. The young lady named Jackie was horrible at the register. A couple of people from my job ordered the Jimmy burgers and they mistakenly added tomatoes on1 and onions on the other. I told Jackie that they made a mistake on their order and before I even got a chance to say anything else she abruptly cuts me off and says that " if they ordered it like that, that's how they have to get it!".
